  • Development, implementation and management of sales strategies in support of the business plan for dedicated customers and prospects
  • Clarify technical device specifications with key accounts in coordination with product management
  • Monitor and gather market information. Identify potential customers
  • Acquire new customers and increase sales with existing customers
  • Establish and maintain close and sustainable business relationship with target customers
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets to achieve set targets in order to deliver profitable growth for assigned accounts
  • Close co-operation with the planning office and other departments


  • Expert knowledge of commercial refrigeration
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience in an international corporate environment and matrix organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team skills, intercultural understanding
  • High level of awareness, independent personality, experienced and detailed approach
  • Very good German and English skills
