Our Procurement team is responsible for the development, implementation and expansion of strategic supplier relationships, always with one goal in mind: to achieve optimal price and condition agreements. From observing the procurement market to developing strategic contracts and presenting all procurement activities in a structured way, the team contributes significantly to improving AHT’s performance.

Our purchasing staff constantly keeps an eye on the market. They research the most attractive offers and potential new suppliers. In this way, the AHT purchasing team ensures a smooth production.
Strategic negotiations
Once the ideal offer has been obtained, our purchasing team takes care of drawing up strategic contracts and negotiating prices as well as conditions with our partners. Our basis for negotiation is always to secure the interests and goals of both sides.
Structured evaluation
At AHT, it is important to us to constantly improve our quality and performance. Our purchasing team makes a special contribution to this. Our processes are constantly optimised on the basis of their evaluations and reports on all purchasing activities.
