“I started my apprenticeship at AHT as the first process technician in September 2015. At the beginning, I completed the basic training like all new apprentices at the training workshop. This was important in order to master the correct handling of the various tools, materials and also the milling and turning machines. Afterwards, I had the opportunity to take a look at the various departments, such as the laboratory, incoming goods and toolmaking, and to actively participate. After my apprenticeship in February 2019, I switched to the salaried sector. I am still enthusiastically working in the area of production controlling. In order to open more doors for me professionally, I have started the evening HTL in Trieben in September 2020.”
