The tasks of the AHT HR team (personnel department) are really versatile! On the one hand, the team has the task of filling vacancies at AHT with qualified employees, conducting job interviews and advising AHT managers on personnel planning, and on the other hand, subsequently promoting the well-being and further development of AHT employees, for example by organizing seminars and training sessions or by positively shaping the working environment. Payroll accounting, administration of working hours and business trips are also handled in the HR department. AHT’s employees are the company’s greatest strength. The HR team thus manages AHT’s most important resource: the people who together shape AHT’s future with their daily commitment, knowledge and team spirit.
