Customer Service Team


If a customer has a question about one of his AHT cooling systems, our customer service team is there to help and advise. The in-house service takes care of individual support and advice. It is an essential link between customers and internal departments. Our field service takes care of practical work such as the installation, assembly and servicing of AHT cooling systems at the customer’s site.

Service Europe

The Europe-wide service is handled reliably and individually by a team of around 30 employees. This includes support for our AHT products, spare parts supply and the planning of service and maintenance work for our customers and partners.

Service Austria

From installation to service to annual maintenance work – our Austrian customers are looked after by our 16-member team. With the aim of meeting customer requirements in the best possible way, the focus is on direct support.
