In all production-related and logistical processes, the AHT Operations Team ensures on a daily basis that the demands of the global market, such as short delivery times, impeccable quality and, at the same time, high flexibility, are met. No matter which solutions are produced for the presentation and sales promotion of chilled and frozen products, the AHT Operations Team sets standards in terms of freshness in the production of the diverse AHT portfolio with high quality. Aspects of occupational safety and thus the safety of the operations team in everyday work are the top priority here.

“My activities in Industrial Engineering are very varied and range from maintenance, repairs and servicing to spare parts availability for all machines, systems and devices in sheet metal production. I also enjoy being part of the team with my knowledge when it comes to new equipment purchases. I have been part of AHT for over 24 years. After the first five years of working in production, I wanted to further my education and did so. This gave me the opportunity to become an employee, to gain knowledge in various departments and even to take on a management function. There are new tasks to master every day and working in a perfect team is fun and enjoyable.”
