IT system technician

Always a solution ready, fix in hardware and software, and that at a top level: the (AHT) world belongs to IT system technicians!
This is what you will do in your training with us:
- Configuration and installation of PC workstations and smartphones
- Software installations, server maintenance and network technology
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting
- Repairs of PCs, servers and other hardware
- Commissioning, test and inspection activities
- Participation in the software selection
- Advice and training for employees

IT: Bauer Alexander
I became part of AHT on September 1st, 2018. My area of responsibility as an IT apprentice is broad and never leaves boredom. I was able to integrate quickly into the team and was quickly familiarized with the diverse range of tasks. My area of responsibility includes assembling, setting up and setting up new IT equipment as well as installing software. I am also at the side of the AHT colleagues with advice and solutions if they have IT problems. User support also includes creating and resetting passwords and creating Windows users. The procurement of new hardware and the installation of the printers are also part of my field of activity. Thanks to the great support from my superiors and the AHT, I was able to get started as the first IT apprentice at AHT Rottenmann.
